I used the first day of spring to do something that I have been meaning to do for a long time. It was never a pressing issue, which is probably why it took so long for me to do it, but I took the highest quality shots of my artwork that I could. I dragged all my work out of my closet and laid out a black sheet, taking overhead shots of everything I could find. I tried to get the angle and framing right in the shots, so the minimal amount would need to be cropped off. Here is a shot of about 80% of the work laid out on the pool table:

I left all the artwork dragged out and leaned against my dresser. I'm glad I didn't put it away really soon, because I remembered soon after that another reason I wanted to drag it all out was to measure it all. I think it's a good idea to have specs on your work if you do a lot of different sized pieces. It helps people get a better idea about how large you work and which things are larger than others.
So I've done all that, and I started optimizing the hq shots in photoshop. I do a bit of color correction as the overcast first day of spring beamed down a blueish grayness. I have pulled back the blue and cyan in the shots over to red and yellow and it seems to be the main thing to get the shots the way I intend them and the way they look. Also, I will sometimes adjust the contrast and saturation a bit, or sometimes the lightness or the intensity of blacks or neutrals.
I am very pleased with the way some of these are coming out. It's like they look better than the previous files that I posted on dA and (in some cases) better than the original looks, because there is a more even light on it and you can see more details.
So before I get to the hassle of putting the stuff all away, I might also sign it all, or at least write my name on the back of it.
Thanks again to everyone that has been checking out my new work and leaving nice comments.
